About Vein Turquoise

Vein Turquoise combines natural crushed Sonoran turquoise with an engineered host rock, carefully pressed together to create a durable and distinctive material. The turquoise is sourced from Sonora, Mexico, a region celebrated for its beautiful blue and blue-green stone. Its vibrant veins flow through the contrasting host rock like a river winding between desert canyon walls—a pattern reminiscent of the turquoise formations created by water, wind, and time near the Nacozari Mine. Variations in color, matrix, and veining make every finished piece truly one of a kind.

Design Details

The solid Vein Turquoise handle inlays showcase the material’s uninterrupted color and natural-looking movement across both sides of the knife. Paired with solid copper bolsters and the copper-and-brass Damascus blade, the material creates a warm and cohesive Southwestern presentation.
